Share your link
You get a link that tags anyone who clicks it. Put it in a newsletter, a video description, a client handover doc — anywhere your people already are.
They sign up
The tag survives the hop from the site into signup, so the referral is credited to you rather than to the last ad they happened to see.
You get paid
Commission is calculated on what they actually pay, every month, for as long as they stay subscribed.
Creator program
Start at 40%. Skip the climb.
If you already have an audience that invoices clients for a living, you should not have to earn your way up from 25%. Apply, and we will set your rate on approval.
- You publish to freelancers, agencies, studios or anyone who invoices clients.
- Your rate is set on approval — up to the same ceiling the ladder tops out at.
- You skip the climb: the higher rate applies from your very first referral.

Questions, answered
How much do I earn?
25% of what every referral pays. Each 25 paying referrals lifts that by 5 points, up to 40%.
How long does commission last?
For as long as they stay subscribed. This is not a one-off bounty on the first invoice — you earn every month they keep paying.
How do I get to the top rate faster?
Apply to the creator program. If you have an audience that bills clients, we can set you at up to 40% from your first referral instead of making you climb.
Who counts as a referral?
Someone who signs up through your link and becomes a paying subscriber. Trials count once they convert.
Can I refer my own account?
No — self-referrals do not qualify. The program is for bringing new people to Hanko.
Is there a cap on earnings?
No. There is a ceiling on the rate, but none on how many people you refer or how much you earn.
