Invoices payable in fiat or crypto
One invoice, every method on it. The client picks card, bank transfer or on-chain; you get one record either way, marked paid only once the money has actually settled.
For crypto companies
Your clients pay however they want — card, wire, ACH, or on-chain from whichever network they hold. It arrives in one account, in one asset, already reconciled against the invoice.
Tell us about your business, then book a 1:1 onboarding call. The plan is $49/mo after the trial, up to 5 seats. If you activate the trial, a card is required; cancel before day three ends to avoid a charge.
● Non-custodial — Hanko never holds your keys.

The actual job
Treasury on four networks. A spreadsheet mapping wallets to clients. An invoice in Google Docs, a payment somewhere on Arbitrum, and a month-end where nobody can say which one settled which. The chains work fine — it is everything around them that eats the week.
How it works
01
During onboarding, Hanko creates a Safe smart account on Base for your company. Safe is the multisig standard the majority of on-chain treasury already runs on — not something we invented for this.
02
Share an invoice or a payment link. Clients pay on-chain from Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana, Bitcoin and more, by card, or by bank transfer — whichever is easiest for them.
03
Whatever they send arrives in your account as USDC or USDT on Base, matched to the invoice it paid. One balance, one ledger, one export.
You do not run an account on every chain. You run one, on Base, and everything routes to it.
What you get
One invoice, every method on it. The client picks card, bank transfer or on-chain; you get one record either way, marked paid only once the money has actually settled.
A US account for ACH and wires, and a EUR IBAN for SEPA. Clients pay them like any supplier — the funds convert to USDC on arrival and land in your Safe.
You do not manage a wallet on each network. Payments route to your Base account regardless of the chain they were sent from, so treasury stops being a map.
Save your team and contractors as templates, then pay the whole roster in a single batch transaction on a schedule, instead of one transfer at a time.
Every payment is tied to the invoice, client and payout it belongs to. Month-end is an export, not an investigation.
The rest of the client relationship in the same account: send the proposal, get it e-signed, bill it, and give each client a portal to see it all.
Paying people
Contributors in nine countries, half of them wanting stablecoins and half wanting their bank. Save them once as templates, then run the batch — one transaction, one record, on whatever schedule you keep.
Safety
Handling other people’s money is mostly a series of chances to lose it. These are the ones worth naming.
Hanko holds no private key. Transactions are built in the app and signed by your own wallet — which means we cannot move your money, and you are never waiting on us to release it.
Your account is a Safe on Base — the most widely used smart account standard in the industry, audited and battle-tested well beyond anything we could claim for our own contract.
An invoice is marked paid when the payment has actually settled. Never on a promise, a pending transaction, or someone saying they sent it.
Batch payouts check every recipient first. Token contracts and the batch contract itself are rejected as destinations — the class of mistake that reverts a whole run, or worse.
Every signature, payment and payout carries a record of who did what and when. Which is what your auditor is going to ask for.
Pricing
Everything you need to bill and get paid is on every plan. Payouts and payroll unlock on Pro.

Questions
Base. Hanko deploys a Safe smart account there when you sign up, and that is where everything settles. Payments can arrive from other networks, but the account itself is Base so there is one balance to reason about rather than eight.
It still reaches you. The payment routes to your Base account and lands as USDC or USDT, matched to the invoice. Your client does not have to care which chain you are on, and neither do you.
Yes. You get US account details for ACH and wires, and a EUR IBAN for SEPA. Clients pay them like any other supplier. The money converts to USDC on arrival, so it lands in the same account as everything else.
No. Your account is your own Safe, and Hanko deliberately holds no private key for it — every transaction is signed by your wallet, so we cannot move your funds. The exception worth naming: the fiat leg. Bank transfers run through regulated partners before they convert, which is also why virtual accounts and off-ramp need verification first.
Save your team and contractors as templates, then pay everyone in a single batch transaction, on a schedule. Every recipient is screened before it sends.
Invoicing, proposals and e-signing need none. Bank rails do: virtual accounts and off-ramp require verification first, because they run through regulated partners.
